1. Introduction

Welcome to Dawnline: World Clock Widgets (“Dawnline,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dawnline mobile application, including its world clock features, time zone information, widgets, and any related services or content (collectively, the “App”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Dawnline, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You may use Dawnline only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. If you are under the age at which you can legally agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

3. Description of the App

Dawnline is designed to help users view and track local times in cities and time zones around the world. Depending on the version and features available, the App may include:

• World clocks for selected cities and time zones.
• Home Screen or Lock Screen widgets.
• Customizable clock displays and appearance settings.
• Time zone comparisons and related time information.
• Free and, where offered, premium features.

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features from time to time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Dawnline only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the App or its underlying systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its content without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass payment requirements, access restrictions, or other security measures.

We reserve the right to restrict or discontinue access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, subject to applicable law.

5. Accuracy of Time and Time Zone Information

Dawnline is intended for general informational and convenience purposes. Although we aim to provide accurate time and time zone information, we do not guarantee that all displayed information will always be correct, complete, or up to date.

Time zone data may be affected by daylight saving time changes, government decisions, regional regulations, device settings, operating system behavior, network conditions, or data source limitations.

Widgets may refresh periodically or be subject to limitations imposed by your device or operating system.

You are responsible for independently verifying critical time information before relying on it for travel, business meetings, medical appointments, transportation, financial transactions, or other time-sensitive activities.

6. Widgets and Device Compatibility

Dawnline's widgets and related features may depend on your device, operating system, system permissions, and platform-specific functionality.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, identical behavior across devices, or compatibility with every device or operating system version.

You may need to update the App or your operating system to access certain features.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain features may be offered as paid upgrades, in-app purchases, or subscriptions, if available.

All purchases are processed through the applicable app marketplace or payment provider. Prices, billing periods, trial periods, renewal terms, and available features will be presented at the point of purchase.

Where subscriptions are offered:

• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the applicable marketplace's terms.
• You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through the platform where you purchased it.
• Deleting the App does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.
• Refunds are subject to the applicable marketplace's policies and any rights you have under applicable law.

The terms and policies of the relevant app marketplace may apply in addition to these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Dawnline, including its name, logo, design, interface, graphics, software, and original content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, lawful purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you.

You may not use our branding, reproduce substantial portions of the App, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

9. Privacy

Your use of Dawnline may involve the processing of information as described in our Privacy Policy, if available.

Our Privacy Policy should explain what information the App collects, how it is used, whether it is shared with third parties, and what choices are available to you.

If you do not yet have a Privacy Policy, you should prepare and publish one that accurately reflects the App's actual data practices before distributing the App where such a policy is required.

10. Third-Party Services

Dawnline may rely on third-party services, operating systems, app marketplaces, or other external technologies.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, or practices. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dawnline is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's availability, reliability, suitability, or freedom from errors, or the accuracy and completeness of its information.

We do not guarantee that the App will operate without interruptions, bugs, delays, or compatibility issues.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate time zone information, delayed widget updates, device limitations, or changes to time zone rules.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the App or your material violation of these Terms.

This section does not require you to indemnify us for matters to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Dawnline at any time by uninstalling the App.

We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the App where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or other legitimate operational reasons.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable dispute provisions, will survive to the extent permitted by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Where required by law, we will provide notice or obtain your consent to material changes.

Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes where permitted by applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the App's operator is established, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence provide otherwise.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts or other dispute resolution bodies with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Important: Before publication, replace this section with the specific governing law and dispute provisions appropriate to your business location and users.

17. Apple App Store Terms

If you download Dawnline through Apple's App Store, your use of the App is also subject to applicable Apple media services and App Store terms.

Apple is not responsible for maintaining or providing support for Dawnline, except as required by applicable law or the applicable App Store terms. Any other responsibilities of Apple, including those concerning third-party claims or intellectual property, are governed by the applicable agreements and law.

This section applies only to the extent Dawnline is distributed through Apple's App Store.
